Mariam S. Zaki

Mariam Zaki earned her Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of South Florida in 2002 and her Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center in 2005. Ms. Zaki is admitted to practice in the Courts of Florida, the United States District Court for the Middle, Southern, and Northern Districts of Florida, as well as United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle, Southern, and Northern Districts of Florida. Ms. Zaki is an active member of the Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar Association, Hillsborough Association of Women Lawyers, and the Hillsborough County Bar Association. Ms. Zaki's practice areas include bankruptcy, creditor's rights, foreclosure, and family law. Ms. Zaki has also served as in-house counsel for a large mortgage corporation.
