Jason C. Sampson

JASON C. SAMPSON earned his Bachelor of Arts from Syracuse University in 1996 and his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1999. Mr. Sampson is admitted to practice in the Courts of Massachusetts and Florida, United States District Courts for the Middle District of Florida and the District of Massachusetts, and the United States Court of Appeals of the First Circuit. While attending Seton Hall University School of Law, Mr. Sampson was elected as the Notes Editor for the Legislative Bureau Journal and served as a Judicial Clerk for the Honorable Jack B. Mr. Sampson is a member of the The Florida Bar, Trial Lawyer Section and Young Lawyers Division, the American Bar Association, and the Hillsborough County Bar Association. Mr. Sampsons' experience includes complex commercial litigation, banking law, corporate law, business law, construction law, employment law, land use and zoning law, real estate litigation, real estate transactions, and representation of developers before various administrative bodies. Mr. Sampson is also a member of Hillsborough County Land Use Appeals Board.
