Michael S. Russell

MICHAEL S. RUSSELL earned his Bachelor of Arts from Wittenberg University in 1974 and his Juris Doctor from Ohio Northern University College of Law in 1977. While attending Ohio Northern University College of Law, he received the Ohio Jurisprudence Book Award for honors in Civil Procedure. Mr. Russell has practiced in a wide variety of areas including real estate, civil litigation, landlord-tenant, bankruptcy, family law, corporate law, probate, wills, trusts, and other areas. In addition, Mr. Russell owned and operated a title insurance company for 30 years writing title insurance/title guarantees/opinions and closing all types of transactions in residential, complex commercial, and municipal areas.
