Peggy Wells-Fuente

PEGGY WELLS-FUENTE, Registered Paralegal/Certified Legal Assistant, is a graduate of the University of South Florida, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminology, Cum Laude, and a minor in Psychology. Ms. Fuente is a dually-registered and certified paralegal through the National Federation of Paralegal Associations and the National Association of Legal Assistants. Ms. Fuente has been a sworn officer of the Court with the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in Hillsborough County as a volunteer child advocate, specializing in Termination of Parental Rights cases, since 1994. With over 20 years of legal experience, Ms. Fuente has a background in various areas of law, including banking and finance, real estate, civil litigation, estate planning and probate, and currently specializes in family law.
