Hallie S. Evans

HALLIE S. EVANS earned her Bachelor of Arts Magna Cum Laude from Vanderbilt University in 1976 and her Juris Doctor with Honors from the University of Florida College of Law in 1980. Ms. Evans is admitted to practice in the Courts of Florida as well as the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Ms. Evans has published writings on water law, water rights, and private property rights. She has contributed articles to the American Water Resources Association (AWRA) which have been published in the AWRA Water Resources Bulletin.
