Victoria Cruz-Garcia

Victoria Cruz-Garcia earned her Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Rutgers University in 1994 and her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 2003. While at Stetson, Ms. Cruz-Garcia was selected as the Editor of Stetson's Award Winning Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Competition Team in Vienna, Austria. As a Stetson Advocacy Board Member, Ms. Cruz-Garcia was selected as the Moot Court Brief Winner. She also received the 2003 Victor O. Wehle Award for excellence in Trial Advocacy.

Ms. Cruz-Garcia is admitted to practice in the Courts of Florida and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. She is a member of The Florida Bar, the Hillsborough County Bar Association, and the Family Law Inns of Court of Tampa.
