William Collins

WILLIAM COLLINS earned his Bachelor of Arts from Vanderbilt University in 1997, his Masters in Business Administration from Arizona States University in 2002, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Tennessee in 2005. While a law student, Mr. Collins served on the Editorial Board of the Tennessee Law Review and published three case commentaries in Transactions: The Tennessee Journal of Business Law. Upon graduating from law school, Mr. Collins served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Charles J. Kahn, Jr., of Florida's First District Court of Appeal in Tallahassee. Mr. Collins' practice includes all aspects of civil litigation and appellate matters. Mr. Collins is admitted to practice before all state courts in Florida and Tennessee, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
